About us
This website, franniescoffee.com, is operated by The Vermilion Fork Restaurant Group Ltd. dba Frannie's Coffee ("Frannie's Coffee", "we", "us"). We run cafés at 1320 Water St, Kelowna, BC V1Y 9P4 and 142 3rd St, Princeton, BC V0X 1W0. By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout. Colours on screen can vary slightly from the printed item.

Printed-to-order apparel
Apparel is made after you order it. Once an order has gone to print, we can't change or cancel it. Email sip@franniescoffee.com right away if you need a change, and we'll do our best if it hasn't been printed yet.

Gift cards
Physical gift cards are activated before mailing and can be used at both Frannie's cafés. They have no expiry date and no fees, are non-returnable, and have no cash value, except where the law requires otherwise.

Order acceptance
We may cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
