Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to Canada and the United States. We don't currently ship to other countries.

Apparel (printed to order)
Each t-shirt and hoodie is printed when you order it, then shipped by our print partner. Delivery usually takes 4–10 business days within Canada and 7–20 business days to the US.

Coffee and gift cards
Coffee and physical gift cards ship from Frannie's. If you order apparel and coffee together, they'll arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what you order and where it's going. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

Gift orders
You can ship to someone else and add a gift note at checkout.

Duties and taxes (US orders)
US orders may face import duties, taxes or brokerage fees. These aren't included in our prices or shipping and are paid by the recipient.

Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as each package ships.

Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping at your cost.
